I ordered a custom cover for an outdoor couch from Patio Solutions. It fits perfectly, is very well made and the quality of the fabric is excellent. After i had placed the order, i saw some very poor reviews for the business and was very worried about my order. I emailed them and Liz immediately called me back. I think one needs to realise one is dealing with a small business and that despite their best efforts, they may take longer to fulfill their orders. I would suggest that they communicate this to all customers upfront. Their pricing is very reasonable and product excellent.
The only way to contact Smart Village is through the call centre. I have consistently has poor service and i have experienced the same this time around. This is the third time in 2 week s that I am reporting a fault with the fibre optic cable and despite assurances from the call centre that I would be contacted and a technician sent out, NOTHING has happened and NO-ONE has contacted me. This morning I was supposedly but through to the manager (twice) and no-one answered so the phone just went dead. This must be the WORST service provider ever!!!

<p>I placed an order for a pool cover via their online shop (after unsuccessfully emailing them for a quote) and paid in full on 14th November 2016. I got a response from them as I had overpaid and then a bulk email stating that, acording to the type of order i had placed), delivery should take place during the first week of December. Towards the end of November I had a call from one of their guys asking if they could come and measure the pool to confirm the size, which was done. Since then there has been no communication from them and they do not answer their telephone when it does go through and do not respond to emails. I understand that they are hectically busy but they have my money and they do not communicate at all!!</p> <p>come on guys! when the water restrictions are hopefully over, what will happen to your business if you can't do the basics right? Please learn to communicate with your customers... this is shocking... even if it is to say that delivery can only take place next year!!</p>
