Best accommodation and clean quarters with hot water and the best supper in Oranjeville..
I was at the Whitehouse Inn Guesthouse at Oranjeville on Heritage day at a braai. The owner Bryen Siebert is an Gentlemen and a very good host. He went out of his way to make it so comfortable for his guests..The Guesthouse is strongly recommended and very clean and a self catering units with every room that have a shower..
My family from New Zealand came to visit us, they bought a pair of Levi tekkies as a present for me but didnt know my shoes size, they bough a no 6 but im wearing a size 5. I took the pair back to Edgars in Sasolburg with the barcode ticket R499 papers still inside, I never wear them. The lady at the till ask my slip, I explained my stories, she said need to go and speak to the manager, where she came back and confirmed I can get my size and exchange. When I came back with the size 5 shoe the lady said I need to pay in because the barcode said R250. How is this possible? Then I told her I want to speak directly to the manager where by she called him, I explained again my stories and started to get irritated how they treated me as a customer. The manager "Smith" said he need a slip then he will exchange the shoe, should a ask a family member now in her face she took the wrong size, how will this look. I'm sorry this is not customer service. Hope to hear back from you with a solution.
