There was a dust bin with used ******s inside. The rooms where extremely dirty with unknown liquid droplet stains from the curtains to the curpets to beds to the ottomans. The floors were stained the cupboards looked old and dirty, cleanliness was extremely low- the paint on the walls where cracked chipping and had marks all over, the shower curtains had mold on it and the floors had allergy. The toilet facilities were some sort of prison set up. The guest house was also quite noisy with a view of ******* bins outside the windows and noise up till 12pm. Insects roamed our bodies at night and had bitten myself and my kids all over. The pool had thick green allergy at the bottom of the floor and when we had asked the owners over 4times to clean it they keep saying they will but NEVER DID NOTHING! There was a camera inside the unit which was very uncomfortable. Also The kids jungle gym is used by a man as a watchman tower. The braai area is not even worth being called a braai area it was filthy with used up coal and a rusted old tray and dirty all over. The biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of communication from the hosts as they believed their were running a 5 start hotel and did not want to take responsibility for there actions. When we had asked them to refund us back our R11 000 yes eleven thousand or even give us back a portion as we refused to stay in a dump like so any longer they refused and said that they pictures are the same as what we booked. Overall the place stands were a -2 is and if you want to waste your money or end up sick book this place. We forced ourselves and stayed there for 1 night as it was already so late and left the place early next morning to go to St Michaels Sands in Margate. The WHITE HOUSE Host have still not reimbursed us for our lose and they misleading Adverts. We had personally taken out photos for the world to see what this dump site really is.

The Whitehouse Inn GUESTHOUSE IN Oranjeville
I was at the Whitehouse Inn Guesthouse at Oranjeville on Heritage day at a braai.The owner Bryen Siebert is an Gentlemen and a very good host. He went out of his way to make it so comfortable for his guests..The Guesthouse is strongly recommended and very clean and a self catering units with every room that have a shower..

I have been communicating non stop with regards to accommodation of 40 people, they don't take their guest seriously because we have been waiting for a period of 2 weeks just for 1 quote. I am not sure if the place is up and running. The lady who answers the phone never responds to a request.

Unethical treatment
Most terrible experience ever in a BnB. The lodge had no towels, sheets, soaps or any toiletries that are necessary for a BnB. When we spoke to the attendant about the issue, she simply replied that they do not have, for a BnB??? When we requested to leave! The Owner REFUSED TO REFUND US AND DEMANDED WE LEAVE HIS PREMISES. This is horrific customer service, a case of theft is now opened!
