There was a dust bin with used ******s inside. The rooms where extremely dirty with unknown liquid droplet stains from the curtains to the curpets to beds to the ottomans. The floors were stained the cupboards looked old and dirty, cleanliness was extremely low- the paint on the walls where cracked chipping and had marks all over, the shower curtains had mold on it and the floors had allergy. The toilet facilities were some sort of prison set up. The guest house was also quite noisy with a view of ******* bins outside the windows and noise up till 12pm. Insects roamed our bodies at night and had bitten myself and my kids all over. The pool had thick green allergy at the bottom of the floor and when we had asked the owners over 4times to clean it they keep saying they will but NEVER DID NOTHING! There was a camera inside the unit which was very uncomfortable. Also The kids jungle gym is used by a man as a watchman tower. The braai area is not even worth being called a braai area it was filthy with used up coal and a rusted old tray and dirty all over. The biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of communication from the hosts as they believed their were running a 5 start hotel and did not want to take responsibility for there actions. When we had asked them to refund us back our R11 000 yes eleven thousand or even give us back a portion as we refused to stay in a dump like so any longer they refused and said that they pictures are the same as what we booked. Overall the place stands were a -2 is and if you want to waste your money or end up sick book this place. We forced ourselves and stayed there for 1 night as it was already so late and left the place early next morning to go to St Michaels Sands in Margate. The WHITE HOUSE Host have still not reimbursed us for our lose and they misleading Adverts. We had personally taken out photos for the world to see what this dump site really is.
WORTH THE READ if you want to Save THOUSANDS of Rands NOT USING THIS DOCTOR!!! If you option to use this Doctors service for a Physical check up, Generally you will be asked to go on a TREADMILL, have UltraSounds done as well as ECGs by one of his staff members in his rooms which generally takes around 20 minutes, There after a very brief consultation directly with the Dr for around 10 to 15 minutes. If you are a medical Aid member please be ADVISED to call in your Medical Aid and ask them if you are covered SPECIFICALLY for whatever treatments or check ups that will be done in This DRs rooms (OCD CODES need to be provided) as if you do not do so the receptionist WILL not advise you accordingly and you will be then eft with a hefty bill of R5000 or MORE DEPENDING on what is done if you medical aid refuses to pay for what his performed in this Dr Rooms . I have seen DR AYD Moosa from 2021, blindly going into his rooms for yearly check ups trusting his Staff and providing them with accurate Authorization codes from my Medical Aid year after year. Until This year i was changed out of Medical Aid Benefits which his receptionist did not advise me prior and I was left with a Balance of R2200 from A TOTAL amount of R5000 CHARGE from this DR Rooms. if you have R5000 OR MORE to spend for a check up Go for it. But if you are using Medical Aid and you DO NOT enquire first with them about what this Practice charges, be prepare to be called daily and receive tons of emails and sms's from they accounts department "PARTNER4LIFE" who will demand payment and threaten you that you will be taken to court if you do not pay the balance owing. DREADFULL EXPEREINCE and a waste of Money, i will be looking for a new Specialist moving forwad.
Bought a Water Fountain :( which only lasted literally 1 day. The next day the motor had a loud winding sound overpowering the water fall noise was extremely terrible :(
PATHETIC SERVICE! If anyone wants a medical Aid that stresses you out when you already sick, uses up all your airtime, have consultants that have no idea what they are telling you or love being transferred from department to department and NOT FORGETTING being billed unexpectedly when your Medical Aid gave you authorization months back and tells you that are 100% covered in hospital then Sizwe medical aid is for you. I joined Sizwe Medical Aid with the acknowledgment of it covering 100% in hospital which includes blood tests, normal xrays etc and as well as a capped R6200 limit for out of hospital Radiology and Pathology. SO HERE is my story.... On the 5 February 2021 i did a CT Scan OUT OF HOSPITAL at the beginning of this year which costed around R3225.91 i made sure the Radiology guys contacted Sizwe/Enable meds to get Authorization BEFORE anything was done. After a 1 hour wait at the Radiology guys Perumal and Partners i finally got an Authorization number to proceed knowing in my mind it was covered i proceeded. Few days later i had to be admitted IN HOSPITAL which i spent 2 days in and during that 2 days i did some blood tests and also 1 scan IN HOSPITAL which costed R520 this was on the 9 February 2020. 2 months later i get a message via email from the Radiology Perumal and Partners saying i need to pay for my CT scan which was done OUT off hospital for R3225.91 and if its not paid for by the end of the month i will be handed over. When i contacted Sizwe Medical fund immediately they told me that they deal with IN HOSPITAL issues so i explained to them my issue and all i got was "we deal with IN HOSPITAL matters" aantthe only fter begging for some help they eventually logged my medical Aid number in he system and did only see that whilst IN HOSPITAL i only had done a scan for R520 so i asked them why is my Medical Aid exhausted then? Why was the R3225.91 scan which i had done first not covered for? "they response was they don't know" and then tranfered me to ENABLE MEDS who deals with the OUT OF HOSPITAL issues. So i spoke to a consultant from ENABLEMEDS and they response was "you only have R1300 left from your R6200" when i asked them why? They said its just exhausted and i must contact SIZWE Medical Aid directly to get answers. So not knowing what to do i emailed Sizwe medical aid again and called them getting pushed back and forth wasting over R500 on Calls being put on hold being shuffled and transferred from department to department. Now image you being a client lost of what is happening, ill and seeking help from the Medical Provider whom you are paying alot of money to every month consistantly, to just brush you off with a universal response. Eventually a consultant from enablemed told me that maybe the blood tests i did IN HOSPITAL was taken out from my OUT OF HOSPITAL funds thats why it is exhausted. When i asked Sizwe Medical Aid if this is true they response was IN HOSPITAL is unlimited and what was told to me is false but it makes no sense. WHY IS MY MEDICAL AID EXHAUSTED??? When i only used the medical aid 2 times for this year. I Need a proper answer!
