If ever, there was a dark star for a rating, I have been using false bay engen garage and their staff are always friendly and helpful. I am always dropping tips for the cashiers however It has since come to my attention that those people are not getting their their tips. is there a different method of appreciating the services from them.
Yesterday as of the 1st of November 2017, my dear vodacom loaded 5 gig data bundle as per the agreement and without knowledge nor usage my balance was sitting at 2,25 gig. Upon enquiring and asking for my statement on this matter, i was promised they were going to send me my bill in full detail. And the only people you can talk to at vodacom are customer care consultants whom i deem as not fit or unauthorised to reveal the superiors. This has been happening for a while. Please share this and vodacom has to be boycotted up until they respect the clientelle. Their customer service is very much goofy and dark masked.
