I joined the investment policy with old mutual, money was debited from my account for the first month and later on got informed that my policy was cancelled but no one told me it was gonna be cancelled I had to find out from the agent that assisted with the application, no money was refunded to me, I called and I was told to submit my bank statement and ID which I did, and then I called to follow up and no one assisted and not to mention that I have to hold for 10 minutes to get a consultant to help.
