Fraudsters! First called Debtor Track & Company have also sent us numerous letters of demand and I have replied to their emails with no response. I have eventually told them to stop sending their SCAM to us as I won't entertain it anymore, now they send another email to me from another company called "Debt Review Collections" yet another SCAM company obviously people were getting too used to their hold SCAM company name, don't be caught!

I have been using Wireit for a few months now to buy my monthly electricity and it has been super efficient. On the 26/10/2017 I paid R1 500.00 into their account and never received my electricity. When I enquired about it on 26/10/2017 they told me that 'oh sorry we no longer service your municipality so you have to apply to get your money back by sending an email with your banking details and proof of payment then you still have to wait 7 days for a refund, which I did on 27/10/2017. I then phoned their call centre and spoke to Simphiwe who promised to phone me back on 27/10/2017, I'm still waiting for his call. I then phoned again and spoke to Joe on 30/10/2017 who checked my email, confirmed receipt and that all was in order, promised my money would be refunded by 06/11/2017 (7 working days). It has now been 7 working days (11 calendar days) and still no refund! This is my electricity money for the full month and I am without it now! I phoned today (06/11/2017) and spoke to Amed at 10:12, he said that he'd phone me back, I gave him until 12, he never returned my call. I just phoned him again now 12:05 and he said he'll speak to his management and phone me back. I have been more than patient to wait for so long for my refund, I cannot believe that a company like this can take someones money for a service that they do not provide to your area anymore... without even informing the public that they no longer service their area... I never received any form of notificiation and they have my cell number and email address on their system. When I enquired about this the first lady said, 'oh we did let some customers know. I am furious and desperate for my refund!!! I don't know what else to do!!!
