Dr Claudia Moloabi Dermatologist - Not even worth a star. The worse experience ever. Took my grandson had to pay R1000 then had to do a biopsy pay another R2000 then she said come back in week for results which we did and entering into her office after waiting 3 hours for her, she put the card machine on desk without even looking at the file or asking what we there for - another R1000 paid. Then she said oh sorry the results are not here. Whe will phone with the results. Over R4000 paid and no results of the biopsy. Very unprofessional. No clue what she is doing or what is going on with her patients. Horrific experience. I will be reporting her and lodging a complaint with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

I continuously receive sms's and calls saying my account is in arrears even though I have sent through all the proof of payments and have had this account for 15 years and never been late or short of a payment. All the feedback I receive is it's being investigated. This has been over 2 weeks now. I am tempted to pay this account up and close it!!!
I struggle every time to get assistance on my Kulula credit card through FNB. The number you are requested to call only gets you passed from pillar to post and then told only special consultants deal with the Kulula card. You cannot go into a branch to get assistance as you are not a "fnb client". I've logged numerous complaints with their complaints department and they don't even bother to call back or try to assist. I'm fed up now as I've logged a request on the 6 October already to change my pin number on my card. I've called 3 times to get feedback and every time the consultant says they will escalate it but there is a backlog and that is why they are taking so long. Over a month just for a pin number change!!!! I'm really fed up and have had enough! I would not reccommend this product to anyone.
