They scammed us of money. Paid R9000 for training. The day before the training they advised they had to postpone as the trainer had been in an accident. They dont reschedule. Months go by. They refuse to refund as they say they dont have money Paid in October 2021. We are now in February 2022 and nobody answers us Be very careful of these people!!
My twins were at Little Ashford Bryanston for 8 months. I regret this decision with every fibre of my being. I decided to enrol them February 2017 (just before they turned 1). On the first day, one of the staff were asking my daughter to call them mommy. I was horrified but got over it as I thought it was just me feeling guilty, being a working mom. Over the various months there was one issue after the other. Eventually in July, the teacher brought her extremely ill daughter into the baby class as the babies school would not allow it to go to school due to the severe illness. Needless to say my son was hospitalised three days later due to infection picked up from the school. I immediately had my children moved out of that class and threatened to leave the school. Apologies flew left right and centre and the principal promised me that disciplinary action would be taken against the teacher. This never happened. While in this new class, my son started behaving very strangely. He would cry ALL the time and was constantly sick. He lost so much weight. One day I decided to have a meeting with the teacher to beg for answers as to what was going on with my poor child. I was very scared for him as he seemed to be having severe reactions to the school. He didnt want to enter the class and cried when school was mentioned. I was told that it was supposed to be a secret. My boy was being bullied and the principal instructed the staff NOT to tell me as I would be upset (naturally). I urge all parents thinking of enrolling your child/children there - be very careful. I gave the school notice in August, we had paid up for the full year. They REFUSE to refund any amount. I am now out almost R30 000, but thats ok. My children are in a new school where they actually care about the well being of the children. I have no reason to bad mouth this school, other than to make other parents aware that this school appears wonderful on the outside, but has deep seeded issues. They are so disorganised, I doubt they even know what they are doing to these poor children. They are resting on the laurels of the area ie being in Bryanston. They charge a very high rate for such poor service. In our time in the baby class (Bumble Bee) we saw numerous parents remove their children from the school. We were always told the parents were difficult. My twins were the only ones left in that class. That speaks volumes about the school already. We can only pray that no other family has to go through what we did while we were there. Hence this warning.
