Fraudster construction company

Mondit Project owner Progress moyo was contracted for construction of my home & garage. He requested an upfront payment of 50% of the fee to acquire materials which i gave him as this is nornal in construction. He disappeared with my money. he has moved from his business address in revalea (JHB) and his phone goes unanswered. He is from Zimbambwe and a criminal. the police can not track him as he an illegal immigrant.
