unprofessional .untrustworthy
I've paid this guy Bertram Smith a deposit to do my floor in June 2017.He did not finish the job and it cost me extra to finish the job.He still owe me the money and are just a lost case. Not responding to phone calls or messages.....even blocked me on whattsapp and social media.He usually advertise his company on facebook groups. Contact details:Bertram ********** 044
