There was confusion with regards to the tab that i was running, there was a additional R100 on the tab that i didnt order, and i wasnt going to pay it. The owner (or so he claimed) came to help and there was absolutely no interest to treat his customers with respect and sort out the issue. He ordered a bouncer to grab me from behind and throw me out because all he wants is his money. The bouncer grabbed me and once we were a distance away he stopped, released me and told me, sorry but i have to do what the boss says, he then let me go, the owner then forced my colleagues to settle my bill or else they were going to get "bullied" as well. What an incredibly disrespectful individual. With no regard for others, no care for customers, only for money and using force to make sure thats what he gets. The bouncer did apologise to me and i acknowledge and accept that. A business that doesnt care for their customers and just wants money. As a leader of the business i would of expected a well handled professional resolution / experience. Instead received an experience which felt like i was being assaulted and robbed. I would not recommend this place to anyone as even the smallest of problems (it was only R100) will be forced to a resolution that they demand, right or wrong.
