Centurion Ridgeback Our food was amazing even though it took forever but cause there was a work event taking place I totally understand.. However our waiter was slow and gave us incorrect drinks.. We were sitting with dirty plates don't even get me started on the music I felt that was attending a church gathering 🙄.. And it is a great place to chill but the stuff.. Nah.. It's a zero for me

Had an excellent time here in Centurion over the past 7 years. The food is amazing, offering true value for money. The pizza is also amazing, and there are beverage specials available. Additionally, the ambience is intimate.

I called Ridgebacks to place a telephonic order which I’ve been doing for many years and today Michelle told me that they are very busy and they don’t take telephonic orders. I am so disappointed and as one of their regular customers, I don’t think I’ll come back.

Went to try a new item on the menu, the Pie, gravy and chips. On the adverti*****t, a full proper pie is shown. When the food came, it was a flat pie and ended up being raw inside as well. To me, it looked like it was an old garage pie. Disappointing.

The bouncer won't let me in, altough I am 18 years old. I told him three times, and the same bouncer let me in the previous times, but not now! The manager must look into it. My wallet was stolen on 08/03/2019 and the 09/03/2019 I came once again and I was refused. He wouldn't take my ID on my phone. Management must look into it!

I just would like to state that I had excellent service at Ridgebacks Village. I was here in November 2017, on ordering a bottle of brandy which we did not finish I was advised that I can't take it home and was offered by the manager Leslie that they could keep it for me...... I did not believe this....on my return today I was presented with my bottle as was given to the manager in November.... I did not expect this.....well done guys. Excellent service

I just would like to state that I had excellent service at Ridgebacks Village. I was here in November 2017, on ordering a bottle of brandy which we did not finish I was advised that I can't take it home and was offered by the manager Leslie that they could keep it for me...... I did not believe this....on my return today I was presented with my bottle as was given to the manager in November.... I did not expect this.....well done guys. Excellent service

There was confusion with regards to the tab that i was running, there was a additional R100 on the tab that i didnt order, and i wasnt going to pay it. The owner (or so he claimed) came to help and there was absolutely no interest to treat his customers with respect and sort out the issue. He ordered a bouncer to grab me from behind and throw me out because all he wants is his money. The bouncer grabbed me and once we were a distance away he stopped, released me and told me, sorry but i have to do what the boss says, he then let me go, the owner then forced my colleagues to settle my bill or else they were going to get "bullied" as well. What an incredibly disrespectful individual. With no regard for others, no care for customers, only for money and using force to make sure thats what he gets. The bouncer did apologise to me and i acknowledge and accept that. A business that doesnt care for their customers and just wants money. As a leader of the business i would of expected a well handled professional resolution / experience. Instead received an experience which felt like i was being assaulted and robbed. I would not recommend this place to anyone as even the smallest of problems (it was only R100) will be forced to a resolution that they demand, right or wrong.
