I needed a heel from Brooklyn store, they didn't have my size 8. I requested they order one. I received an sms two days later to pick up. I sent someone to pick up the pair. I tried on the shoe at home. The strips were too big on the ankle and tight on the toes. In less than 48hours I went to Moda Menlyn for a refund and refused. Called the area manager named Getrude who also refused and me I can do whatever I want. They don't do refunds. Even after I told her it was unlawful.
