Siyakhula Products sent the printer cartridge to the school where I am the chair of the SGB. Firstly the cartridge was used and paid for however the company was advised that the school does not need anymore cartridges as there are some suppliers locally who are far cheaper than them. Initially, they tricked the principal by advising that it was just a demo and we could place an order if we liked the product. Eventually the payment was demanded of which it was paid. The second year, the cartridges were also sent to the school. We decided to send it back because we did not place an order. The product was resent back to the school where a follow-up call was made and they convinced the clerk that it was a demo. No obligations. We have just received a letter of demand again.
