Reaga International also sells Slik printer cartridges. You get bulldozed to have a look at the product and then upon wanting to return unused goods they claim that they do not refund introduction products or discounted goods. And it's funny that nowhere you search you can find and actual address for the company. Their whole business practice is fishy.

This is a warning to everyone, this company is a sham, They have now changed their Name to one called Reaga International (when I went to look them up the only one I could find was Reagan International Airport). All the details are the same, except they have changed their banking details and of course business name. SO everyone be aware if you get contacted by them. they are SIYAKULA PRODUCTS, same people different name.

They tricked me into paying twice for products I don’t want! They called and said that they only sent half the products they were supposed to and they are very sorry so they will send the other half. Then made me pay again for it. Then one month later they tried to do it again...

We were offered an introductory package of cleaning detergent. It was said that we can use the product for a month and then pay when we are satisfied. We paid the introductory offer and also informed them that we do not want to order any more of the product. To our amazement a courier company delivered another 25 liters of the product. We send it back. Another two containers were delivered. I phoned Siyakhula and was informed by a Jessica Adams that the containers were part of the introductory offer and we have paid for it already. I asked her about three times if that means we are now finished with them. She agreed that we will not receive any more products. Today a very rude man phoned, demanding payment for the two containers amounting to more than R6000. He called us thieves and threatened me with the department of education and demanding the contact details of our chairperson. We have not ordered anything from them. The last two containers are still sealed and in our store room. I have reported them to the consumer board. I don't know what the outcome would be. They are unethical in the way they do business. Misinforming the customer and then becoming threatening.

Siyakhula Products sent the printer cartridge to the school where I am the chair of the SGB. Firstly the cartridge was used and paid for however the company was advised that the school does not need anymore cartridges as there are some suppliers locally who are far cheaper than them. Initially, they tricked the principal by advising that it was just a demo and we could place an order if we liked the product. Eventually the payment was demanded of which it was paid. The second year, the cartridges were also sent to the school. We decided to send it back because we did not place an order. The product was resent back to the school where a follow-up call was made and they convinced the clerk that it was a demo. No obligations. We have just received a letter of demand again. We are not willing to pay because it is too expensive and we did not place any order. Their details: Tel ********** , Fax ********** , P.O. Box 43046 Industria 2042

They bring you under false impressions when marketing their product. You pay for the product you receive and after a few months they send you more products without your knowledge and then claim R5000 for 2 bins of soap! Then they claim that this is the back order of the first one. Totally ridiculous. They force you to pay for unwanted goods and bring you under false pretences. Totally unethical business. Be aware!
