We were offered an introductory package of cleaning detergent. It was said that we can use the product for a month and then pay when we are satisfied. We paid the introductory offer and also informed them that we do not want to order any more of the product. To our amazement a courier company delivered another 25 liters of the product. We send it back. Another two containers were delivered. I phoned Siyakhula and was informed by a Jessica Adams that the containers were part of the introductory offer and we have paid for it already. I asked her about three times if that means we are now finished with them. She agreed that we will not receive any more products. Today a very rude man phoned, demanding payment for the two containers amounting to more than R6000. He called us thieves and threatened me with the department of education and demanding the contact details of our chairperson. We have not ordered anything from them. The last two containers are still sealed and in our store room. I have reported them to the consumer board. I don't know what the outcome would be. They are unethical in the way they do business. Misinforming the customer and then becoming threatening.
