Bad business ethics

Bought a car from e-motion cars and was invoiced R5000 for license and registration. As I live in another province, they asked me to have it licensed locally and have my license plate made locally. I did this in good faith and sent them the invoices. I have been waiting two weeks now for my re-fund. Every time it is a different excuse.
