Mileage roll back
Terrible ethics. They sold me a jeep wrangler that months later i found paper work inside the car from the previous owners that showed the mileage to be way more than it was sold to me with.someone there is rolling back the mileage on the cars.

Shocking after sales service
Amazing service up front, but do not be fooled, these guys are sharks and the follow up service is pathetic. If they say they will refund you on anything, be certain that they will put up a fight. They owe me little over a grand and they wish to squabble over it. It is pathetic and just for R1000 they will lose any further business from myself, and anyone who I would have referred them to prior to this. Getting them to respond is firstly a joke, and when there is conflict, they simply block you from any further correspondence. Their principals are worthless. If you are reading this, be very careful before purchasing a vehicle from them

Lack of Integrity and after sale service
I have recently purchased a Vehicle From Emotion Cars Situated in Ferndale. I have encountered a Mechanical Problem. I had the car for no longer than 2 months when experiencing the issue. The Sales consultant who sold me the Vehicle, Marcel, was very helpful but has helped me in his personal capacity and not of that Emotion Cars. I was also sent from Pillar to post and requested that I kept moving the car to different dealerships. I was also told that I would have to use my warranty and the shortfall, if any, would be covered by the dealership. I was later informed by the Sales Manager, Brandon Britz that they would not take any responsibility for the repairs of the vehicle and I quote: "I am not willing to contribute a single cent on my side towards the repair of the vehicle." Disheartened as this was the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. I have sent out emails to Brandon dated on the 30/05/2019 and yet to receive a response from him.

Lack of integrity. Watch out on cash deals
We bought a car from E motion cars, the salesman was great and everything was wonderful. We told him that we would be purchasing the car cash, we were then told that that car was already sold, but they have the exact same one on the floor, we test drove it and decided to take it. Now 1 and a half years later when we want to sell it, we were informed that it was in an accident, now it makes sense as to why when they heard cash deal, they decided to sell us the one car instead of the other. No integrity.

Bad business ethics
Bought a car from e-motion cars and was invoiced R5000 for license and registration. As I live in another province, they asked me to have it licensed locally and have my license plate made locally. I did this in good faith and sent them the invoices. I have been waiting two weeks now for my re-fund. Every time it is a different excuse.

Great service selling my car
<p>Brandon, Nolan, and David were supremely efficient and patient with me in selling my car. Being a first time car seller, they guided me through the process of verifying their dealership with Wesbank and the insurance company and gave me the confidence in proceeding with the transaction. At no time did they pressure me but seemed to want to accomodate me at every turn.</p> <p>I highly recommend this dealership</p>

Great service selling my car

Service excellence from an used car dealer
<p>Bought a 2002 VW from Brandon at Emotion Registration papers were ready a couple of days later </p> <p>Starter motor packed up I used my AUTO Electrician Brandon paid for the Motor and I paid for the labour </p> <p>No hesitation - he OFFERRED ! </p> <p>No hesitation in recommending Emotion as a place to buy second hand car Sales people knowledgable (Darren) and not pushy!! Said they would do things and they were done If i need another car I know where I will buy it </p>
