Well done Super professionals My turbo was rusted ...dealer wanted to charge over R40k Answred prayer and found these guys.They arranged pick up check the turbo quoted and delivered the car back all for less than half the dealer and I get year warranty.
Let the buyer beware of after market warranties. I took out a warranty and service plan from Dotsure Looked very good on the surface. When my service came due the invoice was paid. Less than two months later I had steam coming out of the bonnet. Coolant problem - so I checked the car into Ford So was told that I was going to need a new turbo and and coolant bottle etc. I looked at my policy 11k for turbo and 8 k for cooling so I should get something back. It was declined!! The was not covered by my warranty How is this possible???

Car was in at 8.30 and out an hour later. While you wait they have cafe with free wifi and coffee Way to go Eagle Ford
My son took out a student loan for one year My wife as guarantor We paid this off in December. We asked for a settlement and paid it off in full. We told Standard Bank and to confirm. No answer In Feb - took off the next instalment and a whole load of charges which put him in overdraft!; We went to Northgate branch and were told we had not come into the branch to close it .EVEN though we had sent an mail requesting and giving proof of payment.The branch was told to cancel it.Guess what Standard bank have again deducted the Student loan and again he had no money in the account
The bad........ Medicine requested for the next day delivery before 1600. It did not happen. As the meds were critical and the Dischem was on the way home we went into the shop. The good..... We explained our predicament to the pharmacy assistant ........ then two line managers came out and explained that they were sympathetic but also that they had used a third party to deliver as they too much meds to deliver but accepted it should not have happened. They arranged for delivery to be delivered to our home instead It was delivered as promised later that evening. The moral is that complaints properly handled result in good service
One complaint Hello Peter only allow 5 stars Spencer need much more. When looking around for roof repairs besides the obvious - I look to how they arrive to quote and Spencer was on time. Then I look at how long to receive the quote and is it professional. On time and very professional Showed me photos and what they would be doing . So i confirmed a time and date which was accepted Again on time. The entire repair was done with great professionalism neat and tidy. As they were to leave I was told any problems to let them know. They even cleaned out the gutters and came back after the first heavy rains and put some rubber under some tiles which had been laid incorrectly by the builder at no extra cost. I cannot emphasize enough the service and professionalism Highly recommended

On line shopping for your pets is wonderful if you use Zuki Easy to change an order Great delivery Prices comparable and if you have a fussy Royal Canin cat it is sometimes difficult to get her favourite food NOT with Zuki
I have seen so many negative comments about Tempest Car Hire that anyone in their right mind would be forgiven for deciding not to use them I have no affiliation to Tempest just a consumer that makes use of a car hire service and use Tempest every time I need to use a car hire company I have always found them efficient reasonably priced and that the cars are immaculate The only problem I ever had was in part my fault I had a nail in a tyre and so took it to TWT to get it fixed - I did have tyre ticked so thought they would reimburse Tempest felt I should have contacted them and were not gong to pay after some toing and froing we sorted this out amicably and it was paid I will continue with Tempest as my preferred car hire person
I needed a new side mirror Contacted my Insurer who told me it was approved and Renew It Sandton would contact Did not happen! I phoned them They said we will contact you Still nothing happened In the end two weeks later and no responses either from the insurer nor from Renew IT I had had enough I drove to Renew IT sandton and face to face Abject apologies Bring the car in the next day Did so on the Thursday on the Monday was told by Tallitha car was ready Outstanding service by Tallitha
