Excellent Service
I would like to commend Nobantu Mpeta and Thabiso Letsoela for the excellent service that I have received. They have literally extended themselves to assist me with my request and the level of professionalism was outstanding. Thank you so much for your assistance, it is truly appreciated.

Excellent Service and Workmanship.
I would like to thank Car Care Clinic LITTLE FALLS for the most amazing service I've received. My car went in for Head Work and from being kept updated on day to day progress, to liaising with the warranty company and the blissful service received after the job was done. I doubt I would take my car anywhere else for major repairs or minor services. Reputable Staff that you can trust and who truly and genuinely put customers first.

Lack of Integrity and after sale service
I have recently purchased a Vehicle From Emotion Cars Situated in Ferndale. I have encountered a Mechanical Problem. I had the car for no longer than 2 months when experiencing the issue. The Sales consultant who sold me the Vehicle, Marcel, was very helpful but has helped me in his personal capacity and not of that Emotion Cars. I was also sent from Pillar to post and requested that I kept moving the car to different dealerships. I was also told that I would have to use my warranty and the shortfall, if any, would be covered by the dealership. I was later informed by the Sales Manager, Brandon Britz that they would not take any responsibility for the repairs of the vehicle and I quote: "I am not willing to contribute a single cent on my side towards the repair of the vehicle." Disheartened as this was the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. I have sent out emails to Brandon dated on the 30/05/2019 and yet to receive a response from him.

Awesome Service
I received awesome service by a gentleman by the name of Raymond Makgolane. He was extremely patient, well informed and helped me promptly with my request. I was not sent from pillar to post but assisted and genuinely appreciate the first call resolution
