I have recently purchased a Vehicle From Emotion Cars Situated in Ferndale. I have encountered a Mechanical Problem. I had the car for no longer than 2 months when experiencing the issue. The Sales consultant who sold me the Vehicle, Marcel, was very helpful but has helped me in his personal capacity and not of that Emotion Cars. I was also sent from Pillar to post and requested that I kept moving the car to different dealerships.
I was also told that I would have to use my warranty and the shortfall, if any, would be covered by the dealership. I was later informed by the Sales Manager, Brandon Britz that they would not take any responsibility for the repairs of the vehicle and I quote: "I am not willing to contribute a single cent on my side towards the repair of the vehicle."
Disheartened as this was the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership.
I have sent out emails to Brandon dated on the 30/05/2019 and yet to receive a response from him.
