Mileage roll back
Terrible ethics. They sold me a jeep wrangler that months later i found paper work inside the car from the previous owners that showed the mileage to be way more than it was sold to me with.someone there is rolling back the mileage on the cars.

Poor service and unreliable cars
I bought a second hand car end of last year (2019. Im disgusted with the amount of problems that came with the car that were undisclosed and lied about blatantly. For example i was drawn to this car because of the cruise control and steering wheel functionality that supposedly worked. I had to send the car back on several occasions for issues that shouldn't have even passed road worthy. After having a meeting with the dealer principal about what was going to be fixed i was promised certain things would be made right. Upon collection of the car i was told they were not going to fix anymore things because they have spent to much money on things they had to fix ( because it shouldnt have passed road worthy without them) and that i must just deal with it. After multiple emails back and forth i gave up fighting and could see they had no interest in helping me further.
