I bought a Chery Tiggo on January 14 .2026 and still have neither registration papers nor disc. Promises made that papers will be dropped off at my house,yet hasn’t happened.Then I was told,that papers were dropped off at Suzuki Blouberg,yet when I went there,papers weren’t found. Again I was promised,that papers will be dropped off as soon as foundnyet didn’t happen. Called this morning,promised call back from the receptionist,hasn’t happened. How did this shoddy operation become so big? They have no ethics,are in vile competition with their own branches,use customers as pawns to make sales and that’s the last you will ever hear from them. Despicable attitude in every branch I dealt with. Table Bay Mall,Plumstead,Blouberg.
Over 6 weeks after a person insured by above mentioned people, an assessor was here at my house to assess damage. The poor man had to take 12 photos,from interior to motor to spare tire, even though only left side of my rear bumper was damaged in the accident in question. Never ever in my life had I have to deal with pettiness,cheapness and idiocy of this caliber! Please stay clear of these people as well as A Sure,which according to Thinus Janse van Rensburg’s Linkedin page is under his ownership,as well as this Dynamic Thinking,he claims to be “only the undersigners for various insurance companies”.
I am just experiencing abysmal service from an insurer calling themselves Dynamic Thinking,obviously owned by one Thinus Janse van Rensburg,who also owns A-Sure apparently with other family members as far as I could distinguish from relevant facebook pages. We had the misfortune to be in an accident with a client of said “businesses” on Oct.6!!! and the man immediately admitted guilt as he did not break in time at a pedestrian crossing thus hitting our car’s rear end. After 3 days we received a bunch of third party claim pages to fill in and send back - never heard anything ever again. I then wrote on their facebook page after ONE MONTH WAITING and received message from this Thinus person making me believe he will sort things out with the relevant insurer “ who is normally settling claims swiftly” meanwhile he is listed owner of said insurance! Then we get a call from Nicolene Opperman telling us ”the email was sent accidentally to the wrong person” within A-Sure which according to their facebook page only consists of several Jane’s van Rensburgs and herself. Then today I reminded these people again of our claim and get this message “Good morning. Nicolene send it to the 3rd party dept. but did not apparently send it to the assessors as she was under the impression it is handled as per a normal third party approach by your insurer. She is new at the broker and she will contact you now with the correct procedure if you want to claim directly with our their clients insurer” I am at my wits end with these people and can only advise everyone who reads this NOT to take up insurance with them
