This company should not be trusted with your deposit. They did not start the job despite having paid a deposit of over R3k and despite frequent requests to Niel to start the job. Gave up after trying for 3 months. Totally dishonest.
Was pleasantly surprised when I was informed that my inverter was fixed free of charge after the end of the level 4 lockdown period.
Irriplan competently assessed suitability of our borehole water for domestic use. Within no time the installation and switch over was done - filters, piping, booster pump and pressure tank were neatly installed.
Terrible service and ever decreasing range of quality brands. Purchased inverter and within 2 months it was U/S so brought it in for repair as it was still under warranty. Gave me the run around time and time again when I followed up. On numerous occasions promised me that they would contact me but never did. Eventually phoned them for the last time (thank God) and they advised me it would be cheaper to order a new inverter than repairing it and "would I like to order another one". Don't be fooled that you will receive good service when you hear a N American accent!
We ordered windows/frames for our new warehouse valued at over R500k from Mr Willem Pretorius of BEST GLASS in Centurion. After we had paid the deposit, he informed us that he had to pay his accounts and did not have enough money to pay for and collect the windows from his manufacturer. We decided to pay the manufacturer directly the outstanding amount so that we could collect the goods. Mr Pretorius then started installing the windows but did not complete the job and is not interested in completing the job. The end result is that we are out of pocket by over R180k. Apon further investigation, he seems to change his companies and cell phone numbers faster than his underpants.
