I called in on Monday the13th of November 2017 about a product i have purchased have spoken to a Thilo and i have mailed her my dissatisfaction of the spice I have purchased and today the 15th of November i called in to find out whats the story Thilo was very very rude she raised her voice at me then I asked to speak to the owner and guess what the owner wont show his face has his puppet Lorette speak with who herself was so rude and uneducated has no customer service s****s and i wonder why the owner does not want to take my calls every single staff that i spoke with was rude harsh and had no way of communicating to customer except for Pam
