Bad service and incorrect information

We got to palm valley inn on the 13th of November 2017 but checked out the next day cause they requested for extra money as we had visitors and they did not tell us that we not allowed to have visitors, so they asked us to check out befor our stay ended cause we didn't have the money they wanted ok while we were still busy packing the cleaning people entered without even asking us and started cleaning and mopping the floor my 2year old daughter even fell and slipped cause of the wet floor, the receptionist were so cold and gave us an attitude from the first day when we got there.
