This company continues to spam you with unwanted emails! I have requested - in writing - 4 times for them to remove me from their database, yet I continue to receive their mail. This is *******, as per the POPIA Act. At first their emails DID NOT have an "unsubscribe" or "opt out" button. Now they have inserted one but it doesn't work!
What an excellent company! You can always trust their amazing products, their ordering process is extremely simple, they have great money saving specials, and their orders always arrive promptly. Not only that, when you have a query, they are extremely quick to respond. I love Faithful to Nature!
I reported my fault to Telkom on the 16th of October 2017 - I have no WiFi. After countless calls to the call centre, my WiFi is still not fixed. This is now over a month that I have been paying for a service that I have not received. Trying to get any action is so infuriating! I have spent hours on my cell phone yet always given the same response. No one can tell you when the fault will actually be resolved. How can it possibly take over a month for something to be fixed? I just want to cancel my contract!
