Non Refund of deposit

We rented a property from Aragon in Linden - Annette Burd is the owner agent. A deposit was paid and received by her. The property owner declined the contact and thus the deposit and fees should be refunded. The refund was requested on the same day as it was made with Annette twice saying it would be refunded the next day - we have been awaiting the refund now for a week and Annette's comment is that 'she hasn't got round to it' - 'has not prioritized it' and 'is too busy to bother'. If you are considering renting from Aragon Properties it may be best to look elsewhere for a more professional agency and more honest agent
