Annette Burd - Principle Agent - Fraud - Avoid
Annette Burd (Principle Agent of Aragon Properties aka Kally Property) is someone you want to avoid in JHB. She has to date held onto 3 x months rent from my tenant and is refusing to pay the monies to me the landlord. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact her over the past 3 years!! & reported her to the EAAB (www.eaab.org.za). She has resorted to blocking my mobile phone number, refusing to answer my emails , and once finally making contact with her, has made excuse after excuse saying that she'll pay the monies owed.........which never happens. Fraud investigation underway
Despite a fantastic sales pitch that sold their service as being like a family run company this has become the worst company to deal with. We are currently in the process seeking legal advice and will be taking them to court. Our fraud investigation is underway. Annette Burd is one of the most despicable humans you can imagine. She will take your money and not return emails or phone calls, to the point of refusing to acknowledge us. AVOID this company, there are so many other reputable companies out there!

Fraud investigation underway

Scammed out of a deposit.
This agent took my deposit for a property I was interested in, however I did not take the property for personal reasons. It has now been almost 2 months and she hasnt refunded me a cent. Is this agency a scam or am I simply being punished for not signing a lease?

She has to date held onto 3 x months rent from my tenant and is refusing to pay the monies onto me the Landlord. Aragon Properties refusing to refund deposit and lease money
Annette Burn from Aragon Properties took a deposit and one month's rental from me and subsequently the property lease was cancelled before I could move in. It has been two months and she hasn't refunded me. Yesterday she responded saying I must proceed with legal proceedings. Don't use this agent for your property.

Non Refund of deposit
We rented a property from Aragon in Linden - Annette Burd is the owner agent. A deposit was paid and received by her. The property owner declined the contact and thus the deposit and fees should be refunded. The refund was requested on the same day as it was made with Annette twice saying it would be refunded the next day - we have been awaiting the refund now for a week and Annette's comment is that 'she hasn't got round to it' - 'has not prioritized it' and 'is too busy to bother'. If you are considering renting from Aragon Properties it may be best to look elsewhere for a more professional agency and more honest agent

Non Refund of deposit
We rented a property from Aragon in Linden - Annette Burd is the owner agent. A deposit was paid and received by her. The property owner declined the contact and thus the deposit and fees should be refunded.
