I placed my order on 19 May 2022, it is now 22 June 2022 and I still haven't received the order. I received an email from them about a week ago that I would get the order in that week and I still haven't received the order.
I ordered sneakers 2 months ago and still have not received them. They do not answer the phone or emails.
Ordered sneakers and got a confirmation of my order from a gmail account. That should have been the first red flag. It has now been 3 months and I still have not received my order and they do not answer to ANY email or telephone communication.
I reported a suspected fraudulent transaction to Luno, they replied almost immediately to my query and proceeded to lock my account. Now, I cannot perform any actions in my account and I cannot unlock it either, I'm also fully verified so I cant do anything there either, I cant even delete my account and register again. I've messaged them 3 days ago now and got no response, there's almost no communication channels that can be taken to get support. Don't report any issues on this app if you want to have access to your own money.
I've called them (and emailed) more than 8 times to cancel my vehicle insurance policy, each time I speak to a consultant I get redirected to another agent and the call gets disconnected. What is the point of having a telephone number (or a client services consultant) at all if you are just going to hang up on your clients and ignore their emails?

Can't log into my account, can't recover password, can't call them for help because no one answers the phone, emailing them might get you an answer if you are lucky. What's the point of having this facility if you can't use it?
This agent took my deposit for a property I was interested in, however I did not take the property for personal reasons. It has now been almost 2 months and she hasnt refunded me a cent. Is this agency a scam or am I simply being punished for not signing a lease?
Broken website, non-existant customer service and massive issues if you try to use them through other websites payment gateways. I cancelled my account with them last year June and yet I see my account is still active and TransUnion says I still have an account with them. They ignore your emails and calling them is a huge time waster as nothing gets resolved.
