Annette Burd - Principle Agent - Fraud - Avoid

Annette Burd (Principle Agent of Aragon Properties aka Kally Property) is someone you want to avoid in JHB. She has to date held onto 3 x months rent from my tenant and is refusing to pay the monies to me the landlord. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact her over the past 3 years!! & reported her to the EAAB (www.eaab.org.za). She has resorted to blocking my mobile phone number, refusing to answer my emails , and once finally making contact with her, has made excuse after excuse saying that she'll pay the monies owed.........which never happens.
