Fraudulent Behaviour - Annette Burd - Aragon Properties aka Kally Property

Annette Burd (Principle agent of Aragon Properties aka Kally Property) is the most corrupt and fraudulent Estate agent in JHB. She has to date held onto 3 x months rent from my tenant and is refusing to pay the monies onto me the Landlord.

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact her over the past 5 months and she has resorted to blocking my mobile number and refuses to answer any of my emails.

I've raised a complaint against her with the EAAB (www.eaab.org.za) and will be pursuing legal action.

Please be advised to avoid this woman and her estate agency at all costs.
