They are based in Queenstown by the train station. Bought a ticket on the 28th of January 2025 to Cape Town. The bus was scheduled for 18:30 but it didn't show up instead the lady **** to us telling board a Toyota quantum saying it is going to drop us to where the 22 seater is . No longer a bus and to my surprise the same quantum was the bus they were talking about. We left Queenstown at 2130 hours instead of 1830 hours. The telephone number 0828877660 they put on the ticket is Not working. My advice to all travellers want to use this **** bus in future don't buy any ticket from Ramalo bus Service. It's a **** . To make matters worse up to now it's 0915 and we are still stuck with the very taxi in Paarl waiting to drop a parcel. Rather hike than to buy a ticket from Ramalo. Deeply disappointed with their service.
It was on the 5th of January 2021 around 1955 hours when I got to Pick n Pay Observatory to grab something to eat before they close since I am an essential worker. I parked my car headed straight to the entrance only to be denied entrance by an arrogant and uneducated security guard that was Standing by the door. I asked what was the reason for them to close 5 minutes before due time but instead of them apologizing I met a more aggressive security that calls himself the manager and his name was Bulelani. All this time I was showing them that it is not yet 8pm so can you allow people to come in and they must call the store manager but they refused. They were about 5 or 6 more nurses that came to buy their supper from Groote Schuur hospital but they were denied entry too. I think they proceeded to have their 12 hour shift on empty stomach because of Bulelani and his other security. My question is how many more people are suffering because of the actions of these lazy incompetent securities that are hired by Pick n Pay. I kept standing there whilst I am calling the management to come out solve this madness but finally I spoke to an acting manager but a lady who said that Grant was going to call me the following day ( Wednesday)that was the 6th of January 2021. I waited until 10am with no call from the giant shop to let me know what is going on . I picked up the phone and finally got hold of Grant and I narrated my whole dilemma that I went through because of the security guards that he hired and gave them contract. He promised to come back to me on Thursday 7th of January 2021 with a feedback Grant but upto now he hasn't contacted me or apologized to me like what a manager should have done. Secondly, Grant didn't call me so that we can watch the security footage together . I am actually disappointed now with both Pick n Pay and the security company. Grant failed to stick to his promise. Shame on Puck n Pay.
I bought a double stove essential coil stove by Shoprite Retreat less than a year ago with a warrant of one year but when I took the stove back to them since it is not working , I was met by rude illiterate manager by the name of Ashley Arendse who told me that I can't return the stove and I asked him to give me one reason why he can't take the stove back since it is still within warrant. He couldn't give me a proper explanation and referred me to a trainee manager by the name of Romeo Roman who is worse than. The stove is not damaged or anything bad with it but its not working. So how can I pay R179 for something that is not working. I am appealing to the management of Shoprite to hire people with qualification to fill in managerial positions not to hire people who doesn't even know the definition of warrant. I have everything on the recording that he doesn't even know the definition of warrant not to mention consumer rules but he is the manager. I am urging people not to buy electrical gardets from Shoprite because when they cannot work they don't want to return which is breach of contract. Whenever I see a Shoprite shop now, I feel like vomiting because of their disgusting service.
