Their system is so poor. You will send them proof of payment and they tell you wait till it reflects in our account. That time your electricity is of. Meaning you have only one option which is immediate payment at your own cost plus their daily fee and switching on fee. These people are trying to make our lives as customers difficult in an economy that is already costly.
The standard bank student loans are with and without surety. If you enquire about the one without surety they will tell you have to have one. It's very misleading on their website. The other thing is their loans only cater for traditional universities if you are from a university of technology, tvet etc they do not cover you. The list is on their website.
I received the wrong pizza and the driver had an attitude about it as if he doesn't care.

When we did the inspection on the first day I moved in they missed the oven. I am telling them about this for 3 months now and I'm being reminded about outstanding payment. This is bad service and I have to make this public because it really is bad service. They only care about their payment not giving good service.
I am looking to update my credit record but no response from this company for a month now. Poor communication.
I payed them their owed hosting fee and they are still demanding domain fees of which is do that with another company. As a matter of fact 5 consultants ganged up on me spending me emails just to tell me you are owing domain. Worst customer experience they were trying to scam me.
They closed my business account after I had indicated that a transaction was delayed and I had indicated that maintenance charges would be covered. I was invited to the bank to change account number but to my suprise when I got to the bank in brooklyn (Pretoria) the business banker Ryan, S. (Shene) was telling me to open a new account. I wasted my time and money going to the branch basically.
My credit record is not updated in six(6) years. Wrong debts which have prescribed are still appearing. Is this credit bureau doing it's job as it should because six years is such a long time. They are also very difficult to reach on the phone even on emails.
I had a transaction go in twice but still no refund and a driver was no show but I payed for the other transaction. There is not response for my email from Bolt even to this day.
