We have had problems with this dealership since we bought our Jeep Renegade in 2016. The last straw was this morning when our car was booked in to have the Turbo repaired and after driving to Sandton......was told that our name was not on the Service list AND that the parts have not been ordered yet. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME. We have had numerous problems with this dealership before. Laid a complaint to Jeep SA of which we never heard from again and to the dealership owner, whom promised to have it sorted out. Still the same.
