Very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.

On the 20 July 2018 I called to make a booking for my Renegade to be serviced. I dropped my vehicle off on the 24 July 2018 which was the date of the appointment. When I got back at 16H00 to collect my vehicle, only then was I informed that you did not have stock of spark plugs and it would take 10 days to sort out. 1. That was an inconvenience for me already as I was traveling. 2. Why didnt you tell me this when I made the appointment, or throughout the day of the service.. until 16H00 when i got there? 3. I have STILL not been contacted about this, almost 7 weeks later. 4. Other dealerships have stock of these spark plugs so if you were interested in getting it sorted you could have. What a terrible experience and its only my first interaction with you!!!! HJ72SV - GP

Got charged for something they messed up. Had a sevice appointment for 02-01-2018. Took it in on the 18 Dec just to check why the back windsreen wiper was,nr working. They quoted me R12000 for a wire harness and shock mounting. Told them to put a claim in against my extended waranty so everything can get done when it goes for the sevice. After picking the car up i noticed the back number plate lights where not working and it was before i took it in. Called and spine to Zander, he told me to bring it in, which i did. They charged me R1500 for fixing somtjing they broke and the winscrren wiper was working all off a sudden. Which the said the wire harness would have to be replaced gor R12000. Reporting them to the ambudsman and informing Bivest Warranty about the so called witeharness claim they submitted.

I recently purchsed a Jeep Grand Cherokeee under the understanding that I will be getting a trade assistance of R250k. I was led to believe that the current trade assistance deal is real however after purchasing the car, I'm now stuck with two vehicles to pay for. The dealership has not responded to my enquiry nor given me feedback over the last 3 weeks!! Not only is this false advertising but also a breach and misrepresentation from the dealership on the financial arrangements.

We have had problems with this dealership since we bought our Jeep Renegade in 2016. The last straw was this morning when our car was booked in to have the Turbo repaired and after driving to Sandton......was told that our name was not on the Service list AND that the parts have not been ordered yet. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME. We have had numerous problems with this dealership before. Laid a complaint to Jeep SA of which we never heard from again and to the dealership owner, whom promised to have it sorted out. Still the same.

my grand cherokee had just gone over 100 000km and i took it in for a repair on the radiator, everything else was fine at the time. i got it back and despite feeling that i had overpaid for the radiator repair (R16 000) felt assured that it was done correctly. on getting into the car however i noticed that the suspension was totally flat and felt like the air had been let out of the bags (which it had) it was very low and bumpy.. in addition to this the pdc was also suddenly faulty. i took it back and asked them to pls check as it was fine and i was sure that the error would not show up on the computer as i was sure it was working when i took it there.. they simply reverted with a quotation of R45 000 for a new air pump.. i was extremely upset about this as i was certain that the car was not like this when i took it to them, after begging and pleading and making them recheck the fauly (at this point through my partner as i could not talk to them and remain calm anymore, knowing that something was strange ) they agreed to lower the price to R38000.. this was still however too much for me to get my head around so i put my feelers out and was refereed to American SUV in centurion and left the car there with instruction to please "check the suspension" as computer said it needed service. they gave excellent service and i was called back later that same day with the question "what is the history of this car" i explained the issue that i was experiencing and was told "that is no surprise, is your pdc also not working? " to which i said yes, how do you know..? he then explained that the plug for the pdc and the pump look very similar and that they had been switched around ie pump into pdc and pdc into pump rendering both useless.. it cost me R5000 odd for that but its a hell of a lot better than being robbed R45 000 by who obviously switched he plugs around as they were the ONLY ones to ever work on that car.. THIEVES! i love JEEP btw, its my second, ill get another too but do yourself a favour and forget about jeep fourways..

I recently purchased a Fiat 500 from Fiat Chrysler Fourways and was impressed with their excellent service. I searched for my perfect car for almost a month before I contacted them, and once I did, they were thorough and helpful, and went the extra mile to get me a good deal. I'm grateful for the speedy and efficient service, and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

A big thank you to Jamie, Jason, and Ashleigh.
