False advertising - Trade assistance

I recently purchsed a Jeep Grand Cherokeee under the understanding that I will be getting a trade assistance of R250k. I was led to believe that the current trade assistance deal is real however after purchasing the car, I'm now stuck with two vehicles to pay for. The dealership has not responded to my enquiry nor given me feedback over the last 3 weeks!!

Not only is this false advertising but also a breach and misrepresentation from the dealership on the financial arrangements.
