In lock down i complained about Pick n Pay Honey Junction, their prices that appeared on the rack were diferent than at the till point. Now i know there is human error, but on every shop i had this problem and it always favoured the shop. Complained to head office, saw some area manager. And the owner had the security gaurd stop me from entering the shop. Pick n Pay Little Falles which a corporate store seem to have the same habbit, iis it so difficult charging your clients what is indicated on the racks, and why is the difference always in Pick n Pay's favour???? Curtomers , start checking your slips after paying, it is disturbing how we as customers are being done in.
Been a member since 2009, over the years I have contacted Discovery Health call centre many times and was left unhappy with the service. Today I was assisted by Ongie Nolokwe, she was an absolute ray of sunshine. She was friendly and went out of her way to assist me. I am very quick too complain but this lady needs to be complimented. She is should be the blue print for any company in how too treat a customer.
Been waiting for my parcel since Wedneday 15 when they said it would be delevered. Tracking number Z30002265079. So unprofessional and incompatent.
I called to complain, I used a reward to try and purchase a breakfast Kuai. What the reward stated and what Kuai wanted to charge me made no sence so cancelled the order. Vitality has not called me back as promised and the reward has no been reinstated. Also my gym visits are not updated timiously, so come Friday, Monday and Teusday reflects, not profetional!!!
I send this complaint to Virgin Active head office just too get ignored "90% of your member dont have sweat towels, neither do they wipe the equipment??? In the mens change rooms people shave their heads and dont clean it up, this is unacceptable. And tgere are gym bags all over the gym floor. Why have the signs up and members do what they want."
FNB insurance does not answer any calls, i have tried the whole week. Poor service, i need too get a hold off them urgently.
I have a legal policy with Hollard, send the a email on the 28th off April, I have not recieved a single phone call or correspondence. I am in dire need of their assistance, stated that in my email. But as long as they get their money they are happy, but when one actually needs help they are no where to be seen or heard off.

I have a Hollard legal policy, tried too call and all their number tell ne they are closed, so basically they assume that you will only need legal assistance during working days. That is delusional,and not what my policy states!!!
Pick n Pay Little Falls, disgusted at how this shop advetises a special on a pack off 18 PnP toilet rolls for R149.99. But then you take two nine packs for R110. How exactly is the 18 pack a speacial???
