Flipping Hell - the Whats App "Customer Care" is ridiculous! After weeks of trying to get help transferring Ownership of my Account, I am still getting billed for the new month. The Whats App line is taking forever and then I am being transferred. EVERY SINGLE TIME!I still got nowhere.
Would I have known his surname, I would have found him on here. He seems to change his name and business name frequently though!! Be aware - as with previous complainants on this site Johan took our R12.000 deposit and after ripping out our perfectly functioning kitchen preceded to do NOTHING! He tells long complicated stories - all lies and keeps on making promises even after it is perfectly clear that he cannot deliver. Such a sad sob - but fraudster nonetheless. I will take the previous reviews from this site and lie official complaint with the police. I just hope people will not fall for this thief anymore!
