Disgusting service and still waiting for a refund
It has been over a week since my complaint on Hello Peter and the only correspondence that I have received is an e-mail from Duncan Kaveney saying what the hell and that he was working on the refund, which has been due since November last year. Note that although the response from the complaint was quick, that Duncan will still refuse to take calls regardless of what time in the day that I call and I have still not received any word whatsoever on when the refund will be paid. I have now had to send a letter of demand and also a letter in terms of the Insolvency Act that if the payment is not made that I will proceed with a Summons and also a possible liquidation application on the basis that IXP (or the Company trading as IXP) is deemed to be unable to pay its debts. If it takes Duncan and IXP this long and this much hassle to process a simple invoice, it speaks volumes for their ability or rather inability.<br> To the travel agents that I have copied this second complaint to, please consider this if you need to refer a client to IXP, it would be best not to use them.<br>

IXP refund - I'm now approaching the police
Anyone considering using IXP Visa should DEFINITELY NOT USE THEM. I have recently had the misfortune of contacting and paying IXP Visa and although they will promise you the world, they are incompetent and do not possess the skills that you will need in order to assist you in processing a Visa - you will unfortunately only find this out once you have paid them. <br> This is no more than a scam and you should not use them. I see that there are many similar complaints and that IXP Visa then does not refund your payment. IF THIS IS A SIMILAR CASE FOR YOU PLEASE E-MAIL ME YOUR CONTACT DETAILS TO [Email Removed] AS I WILL BE APPROACHING THE POLICE TO LAY CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST IXP VISA AND IN PARTICULAR DUNCAN KAVENEY THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN BRANCH. A SIMPLE: NAME, CONTACT DETAILS, WHAT YOU PAID THEM FOR AND FOR HOW LONG IXP VISA HAVE KEPT YOUR MONEY DESPITE DEMAND FOR AND AN UNDERTAKING FROM IXP VISA THAT YOUR PAYMENT WOULD BE REFUNDED. I will then prepare the A1 statement and report this to the police.<br> For any future clients, please save yourselves as well as your money and do not use IXP Visa.<br>
