I have since 2013 paid the IXP Visas when they used to be called Global an amount of 25 000(Twenty Five Thous an Rand) as they promised to secure employment for me abroad/overseas in particular Canada. I was then only proved with log-in details just to view and upload whatever they would have requested me to upload for example my qualifications as well as my CV. I have since then to date not secured any employment as they promised me and when i contacted to request for my reimbur*****t as the failed to fulfill their promise they refused citing flimsy reasons such as the money i paid was for administration, I would not have opted to paid that amount if i knew from the very beginning that i'm paying R25 000 as administration fee. I still contend that the company has ridiculed me in that they promised me employment in Canada nowhere have they mentioned any administration fee therefore it cannot come at the i requested for my reimbur*****t.

Hi guys I know there are many who have been scammed out of thousands of rands by a company called IXP Visas who promises jobs in foreign countries, although never delivers on the promises, essentially only stealing the money of all clients. I understand that the company has been liquidated after declaring bankruptcy, thus making it impossible to claim your money back from the company. I also understand that the same scam artists opened another business, under a new name, and are continuing their scam as we speak. a Representative of Immigration South Africa informed me that a criminal case can be opened, should there be enough of the victims of this fraud willing to stand together and tell our story. I urge anyone who want the perpetrators to come to justice or at the very least have to face their crimes, to contact me. We DO have a voice if we unite.

We first signed up with Global Visas in 2011 and paid them R 35 000, 00.
thereafter they had every excuse under the sun why they couldn't get our visas granted.
They changed their name a year later to IXP Visas and all went downhill from there.
They couldn't assist with our visas and always had excuses. They changed staff every 3 months and we never had the same immigration agent.
I would like a full refund even if I must go to court!

I applied for a Visa to Canada and was helped by a friendly consultant Johnathan at that time of employment.
just after I paid my R8750 deposit, the consultant phoned to tell me that this is a scam company.
so I immediately called for a refund. that was within a seven day period and the manger Duncan told me that it takes months before I get my money back. it is now one year passed by and I still never heard of my deposit.
I have taken the issue up to the NCC however they are so slow themselves as I am still waiting for the court date as to when I will get my refund back. please if there is any one with the same problem let me know how I can recover my money from this scam company.

IXP VISA's are totally useless. I have been battling wfor almost 2 years. There is NO answering the phone, they don't contact when they promise and mails bounce. THey don't contact and despite requesting contact or refund, they just could not care. ALL the consultants (which have changed a trillion times) are useless, especially Carol, Radne, and Claire

I paid IXP the full amount of R30,000. Although extremely dissapointed in the lack of professionalism and after being passed from case manager to case manager, I decided to continue because this was important to me. I received my \professionally put togethet"CV - that was totally off the mark and with spelling mistakes. When I went to Cape Town to address this....I stood waiting at reception for about 10 minutes after which I walked into the office area asking for assistance. I asked to speak to the Branch/Manager in charge when the case manager said to me \""ask me"

I CONTACTED IXP LAST YEAR IN REGARDS TO IMMIGRATION TO CANADA, I WAS ASKED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR R7500, I DULY DID. DURING THE HANDOVER CALL WITH TAMMY SUDDENLY WORDS LIKE NO GUARANTEES CROPPED IN, I WAS REALLY NOT HAPPY AFTER HEARING THIS AND THEN DECIDED TO RESEARCH CERTAIN ISSUES . I DISCOVERED THAT A SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZEN CANNOT BE CHARGED TO PLACE THEM IN A JOB, I ALSO TOLD IX I WASN'T HAPPY TO PAY MONEY AND HAVE NO GUARANTEE WITHOUT A REFUND UNDERTAKING. I WAS THREATENED WITH BREACH OF CONTRACT DESPITE NOT HAVING SIGNED ANYTHING. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AS I WASN'T HAPPY TO CONTINUE USING THEM IF THEY DIDN'T GIVE A REFUND OF A PERCENTAGE OF THE FEES IF THEY COULDN'T FULFILL WHAT I WAS RETAINING THEM FOR . I ALSO ASKED WHAT THEIR FEES COVERED, IN EVERY DOCUMENT IT MENTIONED WORK IN CANADA , YET LEGALLY THEY CANNOT CHARGE FOR THIS. THEY ARE NOW AVOIDING ME . THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS ISNT TRANSPARENT, I WANT A REFUND AS I AM NOT HAPPY TO CONTINUE IF THEY WANT MY MONEY CANT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND CANT GIVE GUARANTEES .

It has been over a week since my complaint on Hello Peter and the only correspondence that I have received is an e-mail from Duncan Kaveney saying what the hell and that he was working on the refund, which has been due since November last year. Note that although the response from the complaint was quick, that Duncan will still refuse to take calls regardless of what time in the day that I call and I have still not received any word whatsoever on when the refund will be paid. I have now had to send a letter of demand and also a letter in terms of the Insolvency Act that if the payment is not made that I will proceed with a Summons and also a possible liquidation application on the basis that IXP (or the Company trading as IXP) is deemed to be unable to pay its debts. If it takes Duncan and IXP this long and this much hassle to process a simple invoice, it speaks volumes for their ability or rather inability.
To the travel agents that I have copied this second complaint to, please consider this if you need to refer a client to IXP, it would be best not to use them.
