I applied for a Visa to Canada and was helped by a friendly consultant Johnathan at that time of employment.<br> just after I paid my R8750 deposit, the consultant phoned to tell me that this is a scam company.<br> so I immediately called for a refund. that was within a seven day period and the manger Duncan told me that it takes months before I get my money back. it is now one year passed by and I still never heard of my deposit.<br> I have taken the issue up to the NCC however they are so slow themselves as I am still waiting for the court date as to when I will get my refund back. please if there is any one with the same problem let me know how I can recover my money from this scam company.
On the 28/11/2014. I have applied for a visa to Canada with the above company. I was lucky enough that after I applied and paid this company an amount of R8750 that a job was offered to me here in South Africa. within a 7 day period I wrote back to this company asking for a reversal on my application and a refund on my payment.<br> I spoke to the manager Duncan and he told me that the owners for this company is in overseas and will await they approval until I get my refund. Several months later I was told the same story so I took the matter up to the NCC to help me. I was Given this reference number and I am still waiting for a response on getting my money back from this company. I was last told to e mail the Manager in charge of this dispute and up until today I have no answer. the telephone lines make me hold too long and whenever I try to call them I have to cut the call due to me being at work. I need my money back from this scam company please help me urgently.
I settled my 2 contracts with Cell C on the 23/10/2015 and I was given the settlement figures by the Branch at the Glen shopping mall. The friendly consultant helped me and I was informed well the amounts paid. the only thing I did not achieve doing was to phone the 084143 number to inform them of my settlement. I paid cell C R2549.33 IN SETTLEMENT. I am really disappointed to know that they are taking this as an upfront payment and not the settlement as intended. They refuse to look into the matter further and hold me responsible for not phoning they 084143 number as was requested. My point is I have called the 084140 number after hours to inform them of my settlement and I certainly do not have time to call during office hours as I do work.<br> I refuse to pay Cell C any further money and I feel that they should have picked up that I paid them such a huge amount other than my instalment and contacted me with this regard. I need this matter resolved without asking me for further payments as I have committed myself with other responsibilities. Please help. unfair service.
