I CONTACTED IXP LAST YEAR IN REGARDS TO IMMIGRATION TO CANADA, I WAS ASKED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR R7500, I DULY DID. DURING THE HANDOVER CALL WITH TAMMY SUDDENLY WORDS LIKE NO GUARANTEES CROPPED IN, I WAS REALLY NOT HAPPY AFTER HEARING THIS AND THEN DECIDED TO RESEARCH CERTAIN ISSUES . I DISCOVERED THAT A SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZEN CANNOT BE CHARGED TO PLACE THEM IN A JOB, I ALSO TOLD IX I WASN'T HAPPY TO PAY MONEY AND HAVE NO GUARANTEE WITHOUT A REFUND UNDERTAKING. I WAS THREATENED WITH BREACH OF CONTRACT DESPITE NOT HAVING SIGNED ANYTHING. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AS I WASN'T HAPPY TO CONTINUE USING THEM IF THEY DIDN'T GIVE A REFUND OF A PERCENTAGE OF THE FEES IF THEY COULDN'T FULFILL WHAT I WAS RETAINING THEM FOR . I ALSO ASKED WHAT THEIR FEES COVERED, IN EVERY DOCUMENT IT MENTIONED WORK IN CANADA , YET LEGALLY THEY CANNOT CHARGE FOR THIS. THEY ARE NOW AVOIDING ME . THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS ISNT TRANSPARENT, I WANT A REFUND AS I AM NOT HAPPY TO CONTINUE IF THEY WANT MY MONEY CANT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND CANT GIVE GUARANTEES .
