It took Om 13 days to liquidate my investments which is shocking service , finally I had to call in to get it done (the gentlemen i called was helpful). Also the fees that they charge are ridiculous. All in all a very disappointing experience.
Akshay from adobe keeps cutting me off when i want to cancel my subscription . This has happened twice . This should result in Akshay being fired.
I lost my job in March, the fee went up to triple what it was. a month ago I called to cancel the contract but I see that despite the cancellation being confirmed by the phone I have still been debited? Why?
I have been a member since 2013, we have paid every month and the debit order goes off without a hitch, my daughter is pregrnant delivering March 2015, i have not been informed of any skipped premiums - not one call email , phone message nothing !!!<br> <br> I called to find out re maternity benefits for my daughter and am told a premium for oct 15 wasn't collected and we dont have any cover!!!! they never resubmitted the debit order or notified us and now suddenly we have no cover when my daughter needs it most !!!<br> <br> Id suggest that if this is the service and the attitude no one place their business with this company because they are not there to look after the clients as evidenced by the whole way this missed premium has been handled. id suggest they fore the accounts staff as they aren't doing their jobs and the customer service is not good . now there will be allot of excusing and covering up of the terrible work done when clients depend on this service and meanwhile my daughter is up the creek without a paddle at a time when we need the cover! in one word SHOCKING !!!
We took our car to Els last year in October for repairs, we rarely got feedback on the repairs , we had to call to get updates , we chose paint in December and the paintwork was only done in January because the paint wasnt followed up, the parts werent collected and so they only came in January, when we gave them deadlines they were IGNORED.<br> <br> They put the spare wheel on the car and never test drove it , the tyre was wobbling so badly we couldnt drive the car, it was a danger to us and the motorists ..<br> <br> We were told the car was almost ready when we arrived it was nowhere close to ready. when the car was towed there was a battery, suddenly we were told when we wanted to collect that there was no battery ! the indicators and hazards and handbrake all worked post accident as the car stood on an incline at my place for a few months with no issues , but when the panel-beaters towed the car they must have damaged the car , the repair cost was R5500. I emailed them to ask for a refund they ignored me. I am handing the matter to attorneys. <br> <br> When you speak to Elvis he refers you to his wife . The employees aren't supervised .<br> I had to wait 4 months for my car and all i heard were excuses .
I CONTACTED IXP LAST YEAR IN REGARDS TO IMMIGRATION TO CANADA, I WAS ASKED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR R7500, I DULY DID. DURING THE HANDOVER CALL WITH TAMMY SUDDENLY WORDS LIKE NO GUARANTEES CROPPED IN, I WAS REALLY NOT HAPPY AFTER HEARING THIS AND THEN DECIDED TO RESEARCH CERTAIN ISSUES . I DISCOVERED THAT A SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZEN CANNOT BE CHARGED TO PLACE THEM IN A JOB, I ALSO TOLD IX I WASN'T HAPPY TO PAY MONEY AND HAVE NO GUARANTEE WITHOUT A REFUND UNDERTAKING. I WAS THREATENED WITH BREACH OF CONTRACT DESPITE NOT HAVING SIGNED ANYTHING. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AS I WASN'T HAPPY TO CONTINUE USING THEM IF THEY DIDN'T GIVE A REFUND OF A PERCENTAGE OF THE FEES IF THEY COULDN'T FULFILL WHAT I WAS RETAINING THEM FOR . I ALSO ASKED WHAT THEIR FEES COVERED, IN EVERY DOCUMENT IT MENTIONED WORK IN CANADA , YET LEGALLY THEY CANNOT CHARGE FOR THIS. THEY ARE NOW AVOIDING ME . THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS ISNT TRANSPARENT, I WANT A REFUND AS I AM NOT HAPPY TO CONTINUE IF THEY WANT MY MONEY CANT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND CANT GIVE GUARANTEES .
