IMMIGRATION SCAMMISTS
We first signed up with Global Visas in 2011 and paid them R 35 000, 00. <br> thereafter they had every excuse under the sun why they couldn't get our visas granted.<br> They changed their name a year later to IXP Visas and all went downhill from there.<br> They couldn't assist with our visas and always had excuses. They changed staff every 3 months and we never had the same immigration agent. <br> I would like a full refund even if I must go to court!

Jawitz don't take responsibility for damaged prop!
Jawitz properties failed to take care of my property in The Hill as the promised to.<br> There were no inspections done of the house before or after the tenants moved in and out.<br> There have been MAJOR damages to my property and the contact has been breached and they do not want to take responsibility.<br> Russell is the Director that overseas the franchises and we met with him himself who looks for every avenue to escape the blame of the damages to the property.<br> The tenants they had in the house were weed (marijuana) smokers (shows the caliber of the clients) and they damaged my property and their reply to this was ' so what, everyone smokes weed these days' (by colleen from Jawitz Glenanda)<br> After we had a meeting around a table Russell undertook to get back to us regarding the damages and it's been more that a month with no word.<br> I have tried emailing him aswell as Colleen Geyer from Glenanda branch aswell as Eskel Jawitz and Herschel Jawitz and THEY HAVE ALL BLOCKED MINE AND MY HUSBANDS EMAIL ADDRESSES SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO FACE THEIR PROBLEMS!!!<br> <br> Totally pathetic and no professionalism at all.<br> I would NEVER recommend them!
