It has been over a week since my complaint on Hello Peter and the only correspondence that I have received is an e-mail from Duncan Kaveney saying what the hell and that he was working on the refund, which has been due since November last year. Note that although the response from the complaint was quick, that Duncan will still refuse to take calls regardless of what time in the day that I call and I have still not received any word whatsoever on when the refund will be paid. I have now had to send a letter of demand and also a letter in terms of the Insolvency Act that if the payment is not made that I will proceed with a Summons and also a possible liquidation application on the basis that IXP (or the Company trading as IXP) is deemed to be unable to pay its debts. If it takes Duncan and IXP this long and this much hassle to process a simple invoice, it speaks volumes for their ability or rather inability.<br> To the travel agents that I have copied this second complaint to, please consider this if you need to refer a client to IXP, it would be best not to use them.<br>
