We purchased a lounge suite on the 29th of September and were told that it will be delivered within 6-8weeks ..we paid for the lounge suite in full and followed up regularly no feedback from the store all interaction was initiated from our side.. we called the week prior to our set delivery date and were informed of a delay at the supplier and would be delivered the 1st week in December now today we told again the 15th of December 3 and a half weeks later after already waiting 2months ...there is no urgency from the store and we as clients are expected to just accept and patiently wait till kingdom comes... The store doesn't care at all because they have there funds and therefore the client no longer matters. Pathetic service wouldn't advise anyone to utilise this store.. Rather stick to house and home or ettiene Lewis to avoid such delays
