They give the worst service ever and staff don't care about customers, I bought base set, last week, I'm still waiting till today, I've been calling to check when are they going to deliver, I get empty promises

Never, Ever buy anything at this furniture store that is on the floor, biggest scammers ever! i paid cash for a lounge suite that was on sale with the hope that i would be able to change my mind the next day as i could not see the exact colour of the lounge suite since there was load shedding and i explained this to the cashier. She informed us that "once the product is delivered", we will be liable for a 10% handling fee. I arrived at the store in the morning the next day to discover that what i thought was grey was actually dark brown. I explained to the cashier that i want a refund as the colour did not go with the aesthetics in my house. She blatantly refused to give me my refund, mind you the couch is still at the store. I asked to speak to the manager, she also refused and said that she would do the negotiating on my behalf, stating that i was gonna put her in trouble with her employer. Two days later they delivered the lounge suite while i was still waiting to hear from the cashier and the manager. Upon inspection, i discovered that one couch was torn and was hand sewn . long story short, I am stuck with a hideous lounge suite, the only thing they did was to replace the torn cushion. I receive feedback from a rude manager who basically told me there was no way i was gonna get my refund.

<div>We bought furniture from Plus 10 Furnishers (Clinton) at Kolonnade Retail Park. No problem and excellent service. We found a problem with one bench and it was replaced at our house at no cost, Great service.</div>

I went to the store on monday, 12 July, and met an employee that goes by the name Portia. She offered me excellent service and she was very friendly and eager to help me with whatever i needed assistance with, I will definitely be coming back and hopefully I will be assisted by her again

Plus 10 sells quality furniture, although stating on their web site "All of our products are guaranteed." They are a classic example of "The large print giveth and the small print taketh away” We bought a Chobe lounge suite in 2013, at the time the "sales pitch" was a 25 year guarantee... The recliner mechanism of both sofas currently have issues and the seating is sagging. After a few attempts we got hold of a Plus 10 representative who made us aware that the factory manufacturing the Chobe lounge suites has closed down. (I find this hard to believe as the exact same suites is currently sold by Etienne Lewis and Furniture Retail Park.) In summary, Plus 10 does not honour the 25 year guarantee, because the factory closed down. They are not even willing to meet us half-way, they will quote us on the repair for our account, full stop. I will never buy from this business again, I will get an upholster to fix the product they sold which is still under guarantee.

Very GOOD service and EXCELLENT quality furniture, unfortunately it seems that there are unsatisfiable people in the world always blaming others for their misfortune. Keep it up all the sales people at Plus 10, we will be back soon for more happy purchasing!!

This review has one star only because a zero is unavailable. Sub standard couches received, what you see on the floor is not what you get. We have gone through a terrible lengthy legal battle with Plus 10 discount furnishers with unsatisfactory results.

We purchased a lounge suite on the 29th of September and were told that it will be delivered within 6-8weeks ..we paid for the lounge suite in full and followed up regularly no feedback from the store all interaction was initiated from our side.. we called the week prior to our set delivery date and were informed of a delay at the supplier and would be delivered the 1st week in December now today we told again the 15th of December 3 and a half weeks later after already waiting 2months ...there is no urgency from the store and we as clients are expected to just accept and patiently wait till kingdom comes... The store doesn't care at all because they have there funds and therefore the client no longer matters. Pathetic service wouldn't advise anyone to utilise this store.. Rather stick to house and home or ettiene Lewis to avoid such delays
