Week 3 waiting for feedback from vodacom,can you give me feedback

My wifi is blocked, without the warning,when I call to enquire I don't get a clear explanation,I'm not happy with the service

Vodacom charged me ridiculous premiums I don't even know what is it for,they blocked the sim card, Vodacom staff told me for me to keep number I should be charged R28 but I found myself being charged R160,I will not recommend Vodacom to anyone.

I would not recommend miway insurance to anyone in South Africa, they lie to their customers and treat them like trash, they debited me for insurance that was supposed to be canceled by their staff and told me money will be in my account last week Friday, this is not 1st time I'm treated like this by miway, I'm glad I canceled insurance with them, nxa
I complained last month about debited twice without my consent. Thabani Mnguni said they will fix it, it happened again this month, miway is starting to annoy me, can someone senior than Mnguni fix the problem.
Was deducted twice without my consent, reverse debit order of R1800 with immediate effect and pay my bank charges fees and cancel the policy
